I was very excited to find this stool. I have been looking for a stationary stool to use in my kitchen at our computer. We have a wood floor and I didn't want the kids wheeling around, and I didn't want a plastic floor mat to protect the wood. This was perfect. The stool is perfect for a kitchen and wipes off nicely. The adjustable feature is awesome. The low profile was nice, so I didn't have to worry about stool arms arms hitting into the counter. I love the idea of a center stationary pedestal for the base. With all of these nice features, I regret that I had to return my stool to the store. It did not go low enough for my husband to sit comfortably at the computer. Also, after sitting on the stool for a time and working on the computer, my back began to hurt. I am now looking for a stool that can go lower, has a back rest, and has a bit more padding in the seat. Overall, it is a nice stool for the price. I just do not recommend it for long sitting periods, like at a computer work station.

The summary of my review is in the title. I've had these stools for a few months, and I looked around a lot before I got them. Compared to other ones I've seen they are very nice and good looking for their price. Construction is sturdy, and they have a good range of height. They are not very comfortable and give me some lower back pain if I sit for long, but I only occasionally use them. I would recommend them in general as a nice addition to your counter/bar, but not if you want them for more than occasional use. In that case I would go for something comfier, possibly with a little back support.

These chairs were so easy to put together that my 6 year old granddaughter put the second one together. I have received many compliments on the ease of use. I would definitely recommend them.

These worked nicely with our theme and placement. They are not a heavy duty or extremely sturdy set, but they get the job done and look cool.They are suprisingly smooth in operation, well worth the money.

Perfect addition to our newly finished home bar. 6 swiveling, adjustable height stools for under $300! You could easily pay that for just 1 stool! They are way more comfortable then they look and are far more stable and sturdy then expected.

Stools were easy to put together and are perfect for my needs, however after using them for about 5 weeks they are starting to get a little wobbly.... I guess I have to go back and tighten the connections.

Everything is good; I was hoping it could be checked twice before shipping it because one of the legs is missing a hole for setup :P

I bought 3 of these stools for my seating at my counter. They are so nice and sturdy, perfect in color! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing extra seating!

These stools are deceptively comfortable and feel sturdy. I ordered four of them - Amazon shipped the stools extremely quickly (overnight) despite my free shipping election. Unfortunately, one of the stools was missing all the screws, washers, etc, so I only have three set up. The manufacturer requires that you write them via US mail with proof of purchase to get replacements for missing parts, so bad customer service on the manufacturer's part. Each stool took me approximately 25 minutes to set up - assembly is pretty self explanatory. I'm using them for a counter-height kitchen peninsula in a Manhattan apartment - the height is perfect. My kitchen style is modern, and I have glossy melamine, euro-style cabinets. The stools look good, but a little cheap next to this style; then again, they were cheap. Another problem with this stool is that all of your friends probably have the same one. Overall, I'm happy with the product despite my two reservations (missing parts, slightly cheap look). I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This stool is great! It is the perfect height for sitting at my kitchen counter typing on my laptop. It is very well made and easy to put together. It is a great value for the money.

These stools are the perfect height for the countertop in our kitchen. The longer width than length makes them fit under the counter easily without being in the way of foot traffic when not in use. They are simple to put together, and they look great. Nice clean lines. And not too expensive!

These stools are very poor quality when it comes to the black paint on them. You'll be lucky if you can find a leg without paint missing all over it. I would NOT recommend these unless you are prepared to spend your own time fixing the paint on the stool. You are better off buying unfinished saddle stools and painting them yourself for a much cheaper price then buying these. If you plan to paint them yourself again or customize them then go for them. I will probably end up repainting them myself. ADDITION: I just put the 2nd chair I bought together and the legs are not all even in size. The chair wobbles like it is 20 years old. I will also be having to either cork a leg or sand down the legs to get this chair to sit on the ground flat. Very disappointing.

doesn't get as high as I would have expected. If you get one, get with the backrest, when you goto sit it rolls away from you - add to that the foam collapses rapidly and makes you loose your balance toward the back - therefore you might consider the back rest version

This bath chair has been perfect for me. It is easily opened and closed, even with my arthritis. It fits nicely between the vanity and tub when folded and not in use. The dimensions are just right for our bath and I do not feel uneasy when sitting on it. I feel it can hold my weight and allows me the freedom to bend and turn without being concerned about it breaking. I would recommend this for anyone who can still get in and out of their tub on their own, but needs a lightweight portable chair for sitting while bathing.

Use this stool in my man cave. Here's the low down: The double ring design makes for a super strong stool, the steel is a nice heavy gauge, and the seat is wide. The 360 spin is handy and the cover/padding have held up better than expected after 6mo use. I thought the vinyl would be thicker than it is and I have had to retighten the seat. The frame has stayed tight and the rubber feet are heavy duty. Overall, I'm very happy with my shop stool. Shipped fast, too.
